Public Biography

Jazmin Kovács is a Hungarian-American jazz singer, recognized as the

Ultimate Jazz Singer by Hope’s Peak Academy two years ago. She was born

in Budapest, Hungary, and is the daughter of former Prime Minister Istvan

Kovács and his wife, Oaka Kovács. She is the eldest of five siblings, and is

currently twenty-one years old.

She attended Budapest Art and Musical Academy in her childhood years and trained in jazz singing, basing her voice on popular American styles from the early jazz age. She relocated to the United States at the age of eighteen and debuted her first studio album, “The Kovács Experience,” with the hit “Juliette, Darling,” rising to number one on many international charts for the month following the release. She went on a tour following the release of her album across the United States, which was met with critical acclaim.

Her second album is currently in production, with teasers posted on her social media accounts. There is no information given currently beyond its existence, yet it is rumored to be released at the end of the year.
